BAD culture

At BAD, we value our team and it’s important to us that all their hard work is rewarded.

Whether it’s a company wide two-day festival, a virtual games afternoon, a street dance class, or simply Friday drinks, we are continually finding new ways to bring the team together.

We foster a culture of fun, creativity and team spirit. Our BAD culture club team keep our calendar full of team events and activities and ensure that well-being is always at the top of the agenda.

BADfest

We kicked off our annual two-day festival in 2022. A team building event like no other, with glamping, behavioural science experiments, BADspa, hip hop dancing and silent disco.

BADloves

Each month we encourage a member of the team to share a skill. It helps us all to get to know each other that bit better, and it’s a great opportunity to take some time out. Sessions have included: meditation, photography, crochet and much more.

Menopause Pledge

We proudly signed the Menopause Workplace pledge in recognition that the menopause can be an issue in the workplace, and women may need support. We encourage the team to talk openly and respectfully on the topic, and actively support and inform employees on the subject.
