BAD in the community

Here at BAD, we are passionate about people and our responsibility to make the world a better place. We support charities that are close to our heart, through volunteering, fundraising or donating our services.

Take two days

Each member of the BAD team is encouraged to take two days a year on top of their annual leave to work on community-based projects.

Our team have used these days on a range of activities such as volunteering at local food banks, litter picking in parks or using their skills and experience to support charities in Trustee roles.

BAD kids

Supporting future generations and encouraging new talent is something we feel very passionate about here at BAD, which is why we are proud to work with Brighton Metropolitan College on an inclusive work experience programme.

We’re thrilled to have this partnership with the college, and are now also set to work with behavioural science students from Warwick University on a work placement.

Charity

Supporting charities speaks to the heart of BAD, we are all about changing lives for the better. Our activities range from baking for the Macmillan Coffee Morning to a team of us pulling up our socks to walk 17.5 miles to support local charity, YMCA Downslink Group, to litter picking for The Big Pride Beach Clean Surfers Against Sewage We’re passionate about people and always looking for opportunities to bring the team together to make a difference.
