Using BAD’s employee experience platform, XP, our client was able to easily create a centralised space to engage employees with personalised content, and access powerful analytics to measure behaviour overtime.

Using XP’s flexible CMS and simple to use Editor tool, the client was able to take control of their content and build role specific onboarding journeys, pulling in all the relevant training and resources from other systems with XP’s smart integrations, making the process convenient and enjoyable to navigate. They have created dedicated career development spaces where employees can find detailed information on new opportunities as well as helpful information to support their growth and progression.
