Andrea is an experienced Director Of Learning with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. Skilled in Coaching, Sales, Learning Solutions, Culture Change and Digital Transformation, she had a strong media and communication professional.
Her work experience spans over 20 years in learning – across a variety of digital learning and communications roles working with some of the world’s leading global brands.
Starting as a designer and moving from production into Sales and Client management, she demonstrated a constant passion for designing learning experiences that help change people’s lives.
She held a number of exec positions in European digital learning companies which include Sales Director Epic (now LEO), MD Edvantage group UK and GM Lumesse with full P&L responsibility for €9M learning tech and services business, VP at Saba/Cornerstone and now CEO of BestAtDigital.
Whilst at Lumesse, in a continued quest for learning innovation and industry collaboration, she led the charge of an innovative new product development from ideation to launch, bringing to market ‘me:time’ – a self-directed learning experience platform. Along with colleagues in Lumesse
Learning, she disrupted the status quo of industry events by launching a fringe event focused on Client experience – The Learning Lounge and instigated the launch of an industry magazine – The Curve. Described by one industry thought leader, as a ‘force of nature’; having immense energy and passion for learning and constantly seeking new insight to challenge the status quo and to bring fresh thinking to global Clients.
